Returns & Refunds.
We want your order to arrive as described. Here is how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
For a change-of-mind return, contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
1. Eligibility
For change-of-mind returns, the product must be unused and unopened, with its original packaging and included accessories. Opened or used in-ear headphones generally cannot be returned for a change of mind for hygiene reasons. This does not limit your rights if the item is defective, misrepresented, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection law.
2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs if available. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund. We cover reasonable return shipping costs for an approved return caused by our error or a covered defect.
3. How to request a return
Contact our customer support team with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for your request. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
To request a return, email help@audiodirect.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
4. Return shipping
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original standard shipping within Canada is free. For an approved defective, incorrect, or otherwise legally required return, we will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping.
5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after approval; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. This timing does not override any shorter deadlines required by law.
6. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable Canadian provincial or territorial law, including rights relating to defective or misrepresented goods.
